When designing, we always keep in mind that it needs to be built, so if any part of the stage is difficult to construct, we provide a practical solution for its buildability.

The Process

We always start with a meeting. It’s important for us to understand what you, as the client, want to achieve. Do you already have a stage/set design, or are we starting from scratch? What look and vibe do you envision for your event, and what’s most important to you? We can design a dynamic, high-impact light show, or keep things more subtle with just some beautiful lighting for the audience to enjoy. We enjoy collaborating with everyone involved in the production. We believe that every element is equally important to the final result, which is why we think it’s crucial to work together to achieve the best possible outcome.

If you don’t have any plans on paper yet, we can create a complete concept for you, tailored to your needs. If you’d like to incorporate decorations, we can connect you with companies that can assist with that.

If you already have a stage/set design, we can skip the initial step and would love for you to share the designs with us. If there are decorations, our first priority is to make them stand out. After all, it would be a shame if the audience couldn’t fully appreciate your beautiful stage once it gets dark.

From there, we add show elements according to the level of impact you want. We always keep the overall look in mind, aiming for the light design to complement the stage design. We try to avoid placing lights in front of decorations as much as possible, so that both the decoration and the lighting can shine together.

Once this is done, we will send you the first renderings. This serves as the starting point for fine-tuning until we arrive at a result everyone is happy with.
