In 2012, ALvision was founded by me, Kasper Dijksterhuis, at the age of 17. Even at that age, I knew that my passion was lighting in the event industry. I managed to finish school while working toward my dreams with the company. I started by building lights at small events, and soon the jobs grew bigger and more complex.

I began to realize that I really enjoy diving into the details. Whether it’s during the preparation phase or during the operating itself, everything should always be as perfect as possible. I strive to make things perfect, and the size of the job doesn’t matter, as long as everyone can be proud of the result.

That’s essentially what the company stands for today. We enjoy collaborating with other companies to achieve the best results for our clients, while maintaining great communication with everyone involved. The process of getting to the end result should be enjoyable for everyone who is part of the production.
